Raana Imtiaz Khan

Senior Advisor

Raana Imtiaz Khan is a Senior Advisor at Arcis Capital Partners and focuses on investments banking and M&A transactions.

He is also a lead banker at Joseph Stone Capital.  At Joseph Stone, he focuses on assisting corporate clients in achieving their financial and strategic objectives. In his 20 years’ career in investment banking, he has lead multiple assignments and transactions including merger and acquisition advisory, debt and equity placements, restructuring and valuations in connection with complex securities transactions.

Raana was at Windsor Street Capital from 2000 to May 2018 and has worked on over $1 billion in investment for various public and private emerging growth companies. Raana has served on the board of several private and public companies. In addition, he has led the firm’s strategic planning and business development. Prior to Windsor Street Capital and Joseph Stone Capital, Raana worked in the Investment Banking Group of Merrill Lynch.

Raana holds a BE in Electrical Engineering from University of Engineering Technology, Pakistan and MBA in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business and is a Wharton Fellow from the University of Pennsylvania.

Raana is an active advisor to DIL (Development in Literacy), a nonprofit charitable organization that promotes girls’ education.
